Brand Longmont as Northern Colorado’s “Green City”

Longmont has taken many steps to green our community. I envision a light industrial/business park that can be the home of renewable energy and conservation businesses that will expand well-paying primary jobs in our community. We must continue plans to strengthen Longmont’s residential “build green” program and create standards for a “build green” commercial program using incentives as appropriate and available.
